The Bar having filed Petition for Order to Show Cause and the court having approved the Joint Stipulation for Discipline filed by the parties, IT IS ORDERED that respondent is suspended from the practice of law in the State of Florida for ninety (90) days effective August 16, 1995, the date the respondent voluntarily ceased practicing law and entered chemical dependency treatment. Respondent is also placed on probation for an additional three (3) years under the terms and conditions set forth in the stipulation, effective immediately.
